Shapeshifters
The aim of Knowledge On the Spot? Helping organizations and teams adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
We started by creating characters that symbolize the four different roles within organizations. For the employee, we chose a general form, namely the circle, while the team is a combination of various shapes that need to collaborate. We depicted a star shining as the internal trainer, and the leader is represented by a square, symbolizing structure and stability.
Next, we brought the characters to life by highlighting their competences in a playful manner: Skills needed to learn, to collaborate effectively, and to achieve results...
The illustrations were also used in the book 'HR Dictionary' that Charis Libotton, the owner of Knowledge on the Spot, published through Lannoo. In this book, she describes 50 concepts in HR.
